Internal Linguist; Hebrew into English

DESCRIPTION

Understand Trans Perfect’s quality standards and ensure they are upheld to meet client expectations.

Take part in and pass all training required for Associate Linguists, including but not limited to subject matter certification, technology tools, TPT production processes, and quality assurance processes.

Easily navigate company resources such as Confluence, Launchpad, and technology platforms.

Perform all linguistic tasks according to project specifications, including project instructions, reference materials, language assets (translation memory, glossary, style guide, etc.).

Follow internal and client processes on all projects.

Work under close supervision of the Team Lead or a senior member of the team.

Achieve quality and efficiency targets as set by manager or supervisor.

Complete all other tasks deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager or supervisor.

• Native‑level fluency in Hebrew
• Bilingual level in English
• Cultural knowledge in both Hebrew and English
• Flexibility with changes of priorities and adaptability to a fast‑paced work environment, including alignment with production and team needs and urgencies
• Ability to multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, results‑oriented, and self‑motivated
• Professionalism and focus under pressure and tight deadlines
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills
• Minimum bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and/or translation certificate
• Successfully passed the internal linguistic testing in line with Trans Perfect’s TLC program
• Prior experience in translation, proofreading, or copywriting with life‑science content is a plus
