Role Purpose
Tomanagetheinternationalrepatriationofdeceasedpersons,ensuringalllogistical,legal,andadministrativerequirementsarecompletedaccurately,efficiently,andwithcompassion.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinateallinboundandoutboundinternationalrepatriations.
- Liaisewithoverseasfuneralhomes,consulates,embassies,airlines,andgovernmentagencies.
- Prepareandprocessallrequireddocumentation(death certificates,permits,translations,customs forms).
- Arrangetransportlogistics,includingflightsandgroundhandling.
- Provide clear,sensitivecommunicationandsupporttofamiliesthroughouttheprocess.
- Produceestimatesandinvoices;maintainaccuratecaserecords.
- Workwithinternalteamstoensuresmoothcaseprogression.
- Ensurecompliancewithinternationallaws,airline regulations,andcompany standards.
- Maintainstrongrelationshipswithglobalpartnersandserviceproviders.
- Fluent to native in French
- Fluent in English
- Excellentorganisationalandcommunicationskills.
- Abilitytomanagemultipletime-critical cases.
- Highattentiontodetailandaccuracyindocumentation.
- Strongcustomerserviceskillswithacompassionateapproach.
