Blue Legal are pleased to introduce a Senior Business Development and Marketing Advisor opportunity to the market for a leading international law firm. This opportunity will see you working as part of the firm’s financial regulation team which leads on all growth initiatives for the global practice. You will be responsible for assisting in strategy, execution and delivery.

• Supporting the hiring manager in executing the practice business development and marketing plans.
• Develop high-quality, precise pitches customised to each client and opportunity.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver the best insights to clients and promote best practices across the firm.
• Plan and coordinate client seminars and roundtable discussions.
• Oversee the complete process for directory and awards submissions for the group.
• Manage London-specific credentials, pitch materials, website content, practice brochures, and other marketing collateral.
• Take the lead on creating and promoting social media and digital marketing content.

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an advisory-focused practice in a law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality and accurate RFPs and pitches.
• Hands-on experience managing complex directory submission processes.
