Pensions lawyer ’ PQE

Large commercial law firm in London is seeking a Pensions lawyer of 6 or more years PQE. The team acts for many recognised organisations, including private or public companies, pension scheme trustees, financial institutions, insolvency practitioners and government bodies. Clients expect superb advice and service. The successful candidate will get involved with regulatory and trustee work as well as both contentious and non-contentious work.

The team works on the Pensions elements of the most significant cross-border M&A transactions and work on behalf of an enviable client base. They cover a wide range of pension matters, including pension benefit changing exercises, pension fund deficits, restructuring, de-risking, merging and winding-up of pension schemes.

You will play a key role on a variety of pension matters across a range of clients. You will also be expected to build and maintain client relationships as well as contributing to the marketing and business development efforts of the department.
