Commercial Property Solicitor (3-4 PQE) Central London | Boutique Law Firm (Top 200) | £65,000 - £72,000 My client, a highly regarded Top 200 boutique law firm in Central London is seeking a experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join its growing and well-established real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on high-quality matters within a supportive, partner-led environment, offering genuine responsibility and client exposure.

You will be handling a broad and varied commercial property caseload, including:
Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Landlord and tenant matters (leases, renewals, variations) Development work Property finance and secured lending Acting for a diverse client base including investors, developers, SMEs and high-net-worth individuals You will work closely with partners and have direct client contact from day one.
