Senior Tax Associate

A new opportunity has arisen in this very highly regarded City law firm for a Tax Lawyer to step into a Senior Associate role, closely supporting the Tax partner. The work will be highly varied, both domestic and international and , whilst weighted on Corporate Taxation transactions, will include M&A, Finance and Real Estate tax work.

The opportunity will suit a mid-level or senior Tax lawyer currently in a tax team at a well-regarded law firm who is keen to join a well
-established, growing team and build the practice. Responsibilities will entail advising on tax aspects of private M&A transactions and restructuring from the perspective of a variety of stakeholders such as financial sponsors, corporate shareholders, management teams, and finance providers. This firm is widely applauded for its collegiate environment, supportive partners and its great culture of authenticity and forward-thinking mentality. They excel in exciting sectors such as Technology, Media, Retail and FS.

Candidates should have upwards of 4 years’ PQE as a Corporate Tax lawyer and be confident to run matters with light touch supervision as well as mentor junior associates. A proactive , dynamic and engaging manner and attitude is important as the successful applicant will be deeply involved in client engagement and business development.
