A highly regarded Legal 500 firm in London is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner to join its well-established and ambitious dispute resolution practice. This is a strategic senior appointment offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-value disputes while helping to shape the future growth of the team within a supportive and progressive firm.
The Role- Leading and managing complex commercial litigation matters from initial advice through to resolution
- Handling high-value disputes including contractual claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and commercial fraud
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to business development strategy
- Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior lawyers
- Supporting firm-wide initiatives and contributing to the strategic direction of the dispute resolution department
- Representing the firm in networking and profile-raising activities
