M&A Lawyer​/Associate

Our Client

Our client, a highly ranked global law firm, is seeking an M&A Associate to join their Corporate team in London.

This role involves working across a diverse range of corporate transactions, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. With a focus on cross-border transactions, they excel in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.

Key responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Transaction documentation.
• Client advice.
• Business development.
• Conduct legal research and develop insights relevant to the practice.

• Qualified lawyer with 3-7 PQE in corporate M&A.
• E&W/NY Qualified or from top tier Australian/NZ firm.
