The Intellectual Property team is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Senior Associate to handle IP disputes and litigation, including:

• Trade marks and passing off
• Copyright and design rights
• Brand protection, IP enforcement, and infringement claims
• Drafting and negotiating licensing, franchise, sponsorship, naming rights, and IP exploitation agreements

The successful candidate will work directly with partners and a talented team of Associates, handling high-profile matters across sports, fashion, and brand sectors
. You will take ownership of cases, supervise junior team members, and contribute to business development and client engagement initiatives.

• 5+ years’ experience in IP disputes/litigation
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
• Proven client-facing skills
• Experience advising on high-value, complex IP matters
• Enthusiasm for mentoring and developing junior colleagues
  
  Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to contribute to a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive team culture
