QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Viering Jentschura & Partner LLP ("VJP Singapore") is a specialist patent attorney firm based in Singapore. We are part of a more than 250 member strong international Intellectual Property (IP) law firm headquartered in Munich, with branch offices in Dusseldorf, Dresden and Taiwan in addition to Singapore. We serve a broad spectrum of clients including multinational conglomerates, Singapore companies, start-ups, academic institutions and public sector research institutes.

We have an exciting role available for a trainee or qualified Patent Attorney in the electrical and/or electronics engineering and/or computer science and/or artificial intellegience field to join our Singapore team.

• Degree in electrical and/or electronics engineering and/or computer science from a reputable university
• Strong writing skills in English
• Good analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Positive working attitude
• Keen interest in working towards patent attorney qualification in Singapore

• All the above-mentioned
• Strong practical experience and knowledge in patent drafting and prosecution
• A patent attorney qualification in one or more established jurisdictions, such as Singapore, US, Europe, or Australia/ New Zealand

A competitive salary package will be negotiated based on experience.
