This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Lawyer to build a long-term career within a high-performing, collaborative real estate litigation practice, working on complex, high-value matters for premium clients.

As part of a broader growth strategy, the firm is expanding its Real Estate Disputes capability in London. The successful candidate will advise on a wide spectrum of contentious property matters, ranging from traditional landlord and tenant disputes through to complex, high-profile litigation involving development projects, building safety, and the living sector.
This is a chance to work closely with experienced Partners and senior Associates while developing your own practice and client relationships in a supportive, forward-thinking environment. The Real Estate Disputes team sits within a large, national Real Estate Group and is led by a well-established partnership across London and the regions. The London office offers a strong peer group at Associate level, alongside senior lawyers who are committed to mentoring and development.
The team is recognised for its work on high-value, complex and often precedent-setting disputes, including matters involving the Building Safety Act, development disputes and strategic litigation with clients including institutional landlords, major retailers, developers, investors, infrastructure businesses, banks, and professional advisers.
