Lex Exec is delighted to be working with a Tier 1 ranked private client and wealth practice, recognised as one of the leading names in the London market for its outstanding work in onshore private wealth.

This is a rare opportunity to join a top-tier team advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees on complex and sophisticated matters.

The Opportunity

You will be advising on a wide range of onshore private wealth matters, including:

• Succession planning and family governance for wealthy individuals, families, and business owners
• Drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney and advising on probate and trust administration
• Structuring estates and businesses to maximise inheritance tax reliefs, including agricultural and business property relief, as well as conditional exemptions for heritage property, land, and works of art
• Advising trustees, executors, and beneficiaries on complex family settlements
• Supporting the management of landed estates and family businesses, which may involve diverse commercial activities including farming, lettings, land development, renewable energy, forestry, and heritage assets

The practice is known for combining technical excellence with practical, strategic advice, helping clients protect, preserve and grow their wealth across generations.

Candidate Profile

• 3–5 PQE solicitor with strong onshore private client / wealth experience
• Background in wills, trusts, tax, succession planning and estate administration
• Ideally trained at a Tier 1 or leading London/elite provincial firm
• Excellent academics, communication and drafting skills
• Strong client-handling skills and the ability to explain complex issues clearly and succinctly
• A genuine interest in building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
