Corporate Lawyer —

Position Overview:

Lead a variety of M&A transactions, including share and asset sales
Manage management buy-outs
Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
Draft bespoke shareholder agreements and articles of association
Provide corporate governance advice
Handle private equity transactions
Work independently within a busy team
Take an active role in business development

Key Responsibilities of the Corporate Lawyer:

Lead share/asset sales and purchase transactions and management buy-outs
Advise on corporate reorganisations and demergers
Draft shareholder agreements and articles of association
Provide corporate governance advice and private equity support
Deliver high-quality commercial advice and maintain strong client relationships
Support and contribute to business development and marketing initiatives

Requirements of the Corporate Lawyer:

5+ years PQE in corporate or M&A law
Strong drafting skills and commercial acumen
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent client care, business development, and networking abilities
Confident in advising on complex corporate structures and commercial issues
