Seeking a solicitor by a commercial law firm in London. Paying extremely well – 75k+. Role to be based in central London.

Highly-regarded full service commercial law firm with a great regional and national reputation for delivering high quality legal advice.

The team does a range of advisory work on behalf of NHS Resolution, NHS Trusts and medical malpractice insurers of private hospitals, clinics and practitioners. They have a well-established team and are now looking to bring in another experienced Senior Solicitor to the team – ideally to focus on healthcare Inquests & Court of Protection work. The workload includes a wide range of very high profile Medical Law advisory matters, including obtaining declarations to treat patients, child protection matters, mental health law advice, mental capacity law advice, deprivation of liberty matters and healthcare inquests.

Ideally looking for someone with at least 3

PQE+ in Healthcare Advisory and/or Court of Protection work, but welcome proven litigators and private client solicitors who are interested in moving into and focusing within this exciting area. There is a great opportunity for further career progression. Excellent salary and package on offer.
