We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, varied matters in a supportive, forward-thinking environment where your expertise and ideas are genuinely valued.

You’ll take ownership of a diverse commercial property caseload, advising a broad client base on everything from acquisitions and disposals to leasing and development projects. You’ll be trusted to manage matters end-to-end while playing an active role in building long-term client relationships.

Running commercial property transactions from instruction to completion

Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts, and related documentation

Advising on landlord and tenant matters, property finance, and development work

Working closely with clients to understand their commercial objectives

Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the team

Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4+ years’ PQE

Strong background in commercial property law

Confident drafter and negotiator with a practical, commercial mindset

Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines

A collaborative team player with strong client-facing skills

Experience with development projects

Exposure to planning matters

Knowledge of property finance
