German speaking Structured Products Lawyer
London/Paris
VP‑level (minimum 5 PQE)
Top tier investment bank
- Previous experience in Structured Products including an in‑depth knowledge of the Prospectus Regulation and public offer rules in EEA jurisdictions.
- Qualified in German law with training from a top law firm.
- Previous experience of legal documentation automation would be desirable.
- Previous experience in ETP would be desirable (but not necessary).
- Native German speaker, proficiency in English is a must, and another European language would be desirable.
