Insurance Litigation Lawyer

A leading international law firm is looking to hire an experienced Insurance Litigation Lawyer to join its highly regarded insurance disputes practice on a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading team advising major insurers, reinsurers and corporates on complex, high-value and often multi-jurisdictional disputes.

The work will include:

• Insurance coverage disputes
• Professional indemnity and financial lines claims
• D&O and specialty insurance matters
• Policy interpretation and advisory work
• High Court litigation, arbitration and ADR

You will play a key role in running matters, drafting pleadings, advising on strategy and working closely with partners on significant disputes.

• England & Wales qualified (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
• 4+ years’ PQE (guideline)
• Strong insurance litigation and/or coverage experience
• Confident managing aspects of matters with minimal supervision
• Commercially aware with strong drafting skills
