We are seeking an Associate/Senior Associate with 3-6 years’ PQE in conveyancing to join our Real Estate Residential team, representing a broad range of clients from first time buyers to seasoned investors.
This role offers ample opportunities to assist in the development of our successful department and continue growing your existing network of work introducers.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required- Between 3-6 years’ post qualification experience in Residential Real Estate
- The ability to run a high-volume case load and deal with conveyancing transactions from inception to completion
- A client following and/or market contacts and an ability to generate new work leads
- Experience in business development
- Excellent networking and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Strong team work ethic
- Good financial performance
- You should be ambitious and wanting to progress
- Reviewing title documentation, contracts, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients
- Raising and responding to enquiries in a timely manner and resolving complex and technical queries
- Producing accurate financial statements for clients
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and completions
- Checking clients’ source of funds, KYC and other compliance metrics
- Responding promptly to requests for updates from clients, estate agents, brokers and introducers
- Recognising potential risks and resolving issues without putting clients or the firm at risk
- Taking primary responsibility for purchase files
- Assisting and training juniors within the team
