Corporate PSL - US Firm

A 12 month contract position has arisen to join one of the top US firms as a Corporate PSL/Knowledge Lawyer. As part of a close corporate PSL team, your responsibilities will include monitoring legal developments, updating knowhow and precedent content, assisting with training programmes, and supporting fee-earners with technical queries.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' corporate experience, ideally in private equity and private M&A. You may be an existing PSL, a fee-earner in private practice or an in‑house lawyer looking to gain experience in a Knowledge role. The role is envisaged to be full time but those looking to work 4 days are also encouraged to apply.
