Legal Counsel

Our client is a global pharmaceutical company based in London. The company focusses on manufacturing branded and non-branded pharmaceutical products and delivering these around the globe.

The company now has a need for a commercial lawyer, ideally with life sciences experience, to join the global legal team. In this role, you will lead on a wide range of commercial contracts for the global business as well as advising on a wide range of day to day business matters relating to distribution and supply, data privacy, industry regulations and direct business matters.

You will work at Group level, supporting all corporate group functions. You will have direct access to the senior management team and be close to the decision makers of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Life Sciences or Commercial Lawyer who is looking to take on a highly varied, business focussed position. The role would also suit a pharmaceutical lawyer who is looking to join a new business and have direct access to senior management or a corporate/commercial lawyer with exposure to pharma and biotech.

The position will suit and individual who enjoys problem-solving and who can work with a business at all levels, who is able to manage a large number of matters ranging from transactions to essential day to day advice.
