Director - Real Estate Transactions

My client, a large investment manager, is looking to add a senior Real Estate Lawyer to their London legal team.

The role will focus on both the acquisition of portfolios of housing and residential care facilities for individuals with healthcare needs as well as other residential tenures, and also on the legal and transactional elements of portfolio management.

The successful candidate will support and drive transactions end-to-end, balancing legal rigour with commercial pragmatism, and collaborating closely with internal colleagues and a broad range of external counter parties.

You will be a UK qualified solicitor with a focus on real estate, preferably with existing in-house experience and an extensive track record of handling commercial real estate transactions, ideally including portfolios and forward-funding or development related structures.
