The firm is recognised by leading legal directories for its work across criminal defence, family, housing, civil liberties, and human rights, and is known for delivering high-quality publicly funded work alongside a strong, supportive culture.

This is a full-time position offering a varied and rewarding caseload, with a particular focus on public law children matters.

• Manage your own caseload of public law parent and guardian matters
• Conduct your own advocacy, including final hearings
• Deliver high-quality, client-focused advice and representation
• Work collaboratively with colleagues while managing matters independently
• Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the Family team

You will be:

• A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
• Children Panel Accredited
• 4+ years’ PQE with solid experience in public law children work
  
  An experienced advocate with confidence across all hearing types
• Passionate about publicly funded work and access to justice
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• A strong communicator with excellent client care skills

Experience as a legal aid supervisor and/or having an existing following would be advantageous but not essential.
