An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Criminal Litigation Solicitor (12 years PQE) to join a leading niche Litigation Law firm within the Criminal Team. This law firm is renowned for its exceptional Dispute Resolution and Criminal Defence practice.

Our client is a highly regarded, Legal 500-recognised firm with an established reputation across criminal and Civil litigation. The wider Dispute Resolution Department offers a full range of services including commercial disputes, Criminal Fraud, Regulatory and Sanctions.

You will manage a varied caseload of criminal matters, providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients at police stations, Magistrates, and Crown Courts. This is an exciting opportunity to work on both sensitive and complex cases within a supportive, high-performing team.

• Represent clients at police stations, Magistrates and Crown Courts
• Prepare and manage criminal defence cases from instruction through to trial
• Advise clients on a broad range of criminal law matters, including serious crime
• Liaise with counsel, experts, and witnesses throughout the case lifecycle
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and autonomy
• Contribute to business development and departmental growth
• Maintain outstanding client care and uphold firm standards

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years PQE in criminal defence or litigation
• Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Client-focused, professional, and proactive approach
• High level of integrity and discretion
