A leading US-headquartered global law firm is looking to hire a talented Commercial Technology Associate to join its growing London team.
This is a standout opportunity to work within a top-tier commercial practice advising some of the world’s most innovative and high-profile organisations on complex, business-critical technology and digital matters.
The RoleYou will advise clients on a broad range of commercial and technology-focused transactions, including:
- Complex technology services agreements
- Digital transformation and outsourcing projects
- SaaS, cloud and licensing arrangements
- Data-driven and AI-related commercial contracts
- Strategic partnerships and joint ventures
The team works closely with private equity sponsors, high-growth technology businesses, and multinational corporates, often on cross-border and high-value matters.
The CandidateThe firm is keen to speak with England & Wales qualified lawyers between 3-7
PQE and with strong commercial technology experience, ideally gained at a leading international or City firm.
However, candidates coming from in-house backgrounds - particularly those who have worked within technology, digital, media, life sciences or high-growth businesses - are very much encouraged to apply. Commercial acumen, the ability to operate close to the business, and experience negotiating complex tech contracts will be highly valued.
