An elite UK law firm is seeking to appoint an experienced, entrepreneurial Technology and Commercial Disputes Partner to join its highly regarded Technology department.

The successful candidate will work alongside a market‑leading partner whose practice focuses on complex, business‑critical technology disputes, as well as broader commercial and corporate litigation with a technology or innovation angle.

• Be an established partner (or a highly experienced legal director/senior associate ready for partnership)
• Have a strong and active practice focused on technology‑related litigation, such as disputes involving IT projects, outsourcing, digital transformation, or emerging technologies
• Bring experience in corporate and commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes, JV fallouts, warranty claims, earn‑outs and valuation disputes
• Act for a sophisticated client base, including technology suppliers and users, start‑ups and scale‑ups, and digital innovators
• Have exposure across sectors such as fintech, healthtech, digital media, life sciences, telecoms, e‑commerce and financial services
• Be confident in managing and growing relationships with high‑value, fast‑growth clients who see legal advice as strategic partnership
