The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Associate to join the London office. The role involves a wide range of work, from day-to-day employment advice to complex employee relations, restructurings, transfers of undertakings, and employment litigation. The associate will also support on strategic projects and corporate transactions. The position offers significant responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to build a personal practice within a highly regarded team.

The Ideal Candidate:

The firm is seeking a qualified Employment Associate, or equivalent, with solid experience across employment law, ideally gained at a recognised UK practice. Candidates should be technically strong, commercially aware, and confident working directly with clients. A collaborative approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to developing a long-term career in a leading employment team are key.
