• M&A/Private Equity

• VC

• Advisory

• Equity Capital Markets

• Governance

• E&W qualified or Common Law qualified solicitor (from a global or top tier Australian/NZ firm).

• 5-10 PQE working in an established corporate team.

• Exposure to energy an advantage.
