Family Lawyer - Tier 1 Practice

This is an exciting opportunity to join the tier 1 Family practice at a highly regarded City firm. The team is looking to recruit a 2-5 PQE Family Associate.

The team advises High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth clients on the full remit of Family Law matters including: pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements; cohabitation agreements; divorce and dissolution of civil partnerships; financial remedies on divorce/dissolution; arrangements for children; cohabitee disputes under the TLATA 1996; applications for financial relief on behalf of a children under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989; domestic abuse, including applications for non-molestation orders and occupation orders, and issues concerning coercive control;

and surrogacy and assisted reproduction.

To apply for this opportunity you must be a UK qualified Associate with between 2-5 years PQE in Family Law, from a well regarded City practice. Excellent academics are essential, as are strong interpersonal skills.
