Finance Lawyer - Global Law Firm

Top global law firm is looking to hire a 4 - 12 PQE Finance Knowledge Lawyer/Professional Support Lawyer into their market-leading Finance team in London. This opportunity is open to either fee-earners looking to take their first step into the Knowledge space or existing Knowledge Lawyers.

This role will sit in the Fund Finance sub-group, but fund finance experience is not actually required, the firm will happily consider those from a more generalist finance background. There will be support from the PSLs from the wider Debt Finance PSL community - there are several PSLs across the wider finance practice.

• Tracking relevant legal and market developments;
• Maintaining precedents and know-how resources;
• Training and development of juniors and clients;
• Contributing to internal and/or client bulletins/publications;
• Partnering with BD/Marketing;
• Supporting the development and adoption of legal tech/AI solutions to improve efficiency;
• Horizon scanning and thought leadership initiatives

This role can be either five days per week or four days per week, depending on preference.

To apply for this opportunity you must be a UK qualified Finance Lawyer with at least 4 PQE gained at a well-regarded law firm. Excellent academics are required, as are strong interpersonal skills. Prior knowledge/PSL experience is not required.
