🚀Corporate / M&A Solicitor – Equity Partnership Opportunity (UK SME Transactions)
We are building a next-generation transaction platform focused on UK SME business sales.
Our goal is to modernise how small and mid‑sized businesses are bought and sold — combining structured deal execution, technology, and curated professional support.
We are seeking an experienced Corporate / M&A Solicitor to partner with us on a long‑term basis.
This is not a traditional employment role.
This is a strategic legal partnership with equity participation.
🔹 About the PlatformWe are launching a technology‑driven infrastructure for:
- SME business sales
- Structured deal execution support
- Due diligence workflow automation
- Professional partner integration
We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.
All legal services are delivered independently under the solicitor’s regulated entity.
🔹 The OpportunityWe are looking for a solicitor who:
- Has experience in SME share and asset sales
- Is open to fixed‑fee pricing models
- Is interested in consistent deal flow
- Is entrepreneurial and open to equity participation
- Contract directly with clients for legal services
- Operate under your existing SRA‑regulated structure
- Maintain full professional independence
- Receive deal flow from the platform
- Participate in equity upside in the platform company
- Clients engage you directly under your firm / sole practitioner structure
- Legal fees flow to your regulated entity
- Platform revenue remains separate
- Equity in the platform is offered subject to vesting and involvement
This structure preserves regulatory separation while aligning long‑term incentives.
Qualifications- 4–12 years PQE (flexible for the right person)
- Corporate / commercial background
- Strong experience in SME transactions
- Comfortable working alongside tech‑enabled workflows
- Interested in building something long‑term

- Opportunity to shape a modern transaction model
- Long‑term strategic role, not just case‑by‑case work
