Segal Placements are delighted to be assisting a leading Central London law firm who are keenly seeking a Real Estate Finance Partner to join their expanding London office. This Firm has a highly-regarded real estate team and although historically they have also had sufficient Real Estate Finance capability advising both lenders and borrowers alike, their ranks have recently become slightly depleted and as a result are looking for an individual with a solid pedigree (Lawyer Top 200 Firm) to join them.

This Firm have been lucky to attract a leading Commercial Property Partner from a top Firm and who starts in the very near future and who will be instrumental in this hire. This individual has a flourishing practice that frequently spins off top quality Real Estate Finance work and hence the incoming Property Finance Partner will be supplemented with considerable amounts of work throughout the year and hence less of a need to bring a full following although a good track record or working for leading borrowers and lenders is a must.

Some sort of portable following is required as well as strong connections within the world of finance. The role is suitable for an established partner or potentially an ambitious Senior Associate from a leading City or Central London Firm who might be looking to make the step up to the next level.

The firm is ranked in multiple areas in the Chambers directories in London and has an enviable location in the heart of the Capital. They have had a number of very profitable years and their finances are managed very prudently and as a result, earnings are strong. They also have a warm and welcoming culture.
