Location: Greater London
Our client, a well-established law firm in Singapore, is looking to onboard a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their team. This role will primarily focus on conveyancing matters, with the added opportunity to gain exposure to Corporate Real Estate transactions, offering a well-rounded practice experience.
Key Responsibilities- Handle residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, mortgages, and refinancing.
- Draft, review, and advise on conveyancing documentation.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth completion of transactions.
- Singapore-qualified lawyer with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience
. - Good exposure to conveyancing and real estate work.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused.
