The firm is seeking an ambitious UK Corporate Tax Associate (1-3 PQE) to join its growing team. The role offers a mix of domestic and cross‑border tax work, significant client exposure, and the opportunity to support founders, investors, and companies across a wide range of sectors.

This position is ideal for someone looking to take on more client‑facing responsibility while building expertise in complex structuring and transactional matters.

• Advising UK and international businesses on corporate tax issues
• Supporting cross‑border investment and business structuring
• Drafting tax deeds, warranties, and transaction‑related documents
• Providing clear, practical UK tax advice across a range of matters
• Collaborating with colleagues across practice areas
• Managing client contact and contributing to high‑quality service delivery

• Cross‑border corporate tax structuring
• Integration of tax advice into transactional and commercial work
• Exposure to incentive arrangements (e.g., EMI, EIS), employment tax, real estate tax, or fund tax (beneficial)
• Interest in building networks and supporting business development

• 1-3 PQE and qualified in England & Wales
• Strong technical ability and drafting skills
• Clear communicator with confidence in handling clients
• Collaborative, commercially minded, and proactive
• Strong organisational and research skills
