Residential Lawyer

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Lawyer to join a well-known UK firm in its highly regarded Residential practice. The team advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and companies looking to invest in high-end property in prime locations across the UK.

They act for a large number of private banks, providing lending secured against residential property, including advising on structure as well as undertaking property due diligence.

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales
• 4-5years’ PQE within a leading Residential practice.
• Residential experience, including dealing with sales and purchase transactions, mortgages on house, flats and off plan new builds;
• Ability to provide clear, practical advice
• Strong academic background with a minimum 2:1 degree
