Job Title: Employment Senior Associate – City office, National law firm

Salary: £115,000‑£125,000

PQE Level: 6‑8 PQE

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full‑Time

Our client, a leading national law firm, has a well‑regarded Employment practice and is looking to recruit an Employment Senior Associate with 6‑8 PQE into their City office.

You will advise on contentious and non‑contentious employment law matters alongside providing corporate support and advisory projects.

The firm has had particular success in recruiting lawyers from larger firms attracted by their culture, healthier work/life balance, mentored career progression, and the warm and friendly feel.

Only candidates who are E&W qualified and are currently working for a Top 100 law firm will be considered.
