Ackroyd Legal is a growing law firm within the wider Ackroyd Group. We provide services in conveyancing, litigation and family law, acting for individuals, investors and professional partners across the UK. Our growth is built on strong relationships, efficient processes and delivering the right solicitor for each client.

We are expanding our New Business Team and are looking for a confident, commercially minded individual to help generate and manage new instructions. You will work with both professional introducers (B2B) and direct clients (B2C), helping turn enquiries into live cases and ensuring our solicitors have a steady flow of suitable work. This is a central role within the firm with real opportunity for progression.

• Developing relationships with estate agents, brokers, developers and other introducers.
• Promoting our legal services.
• Generating consistent new instructions.

• Handling inbound calls and email enquiries.
• Managing purchased leads.
• Converting enquiries into instructions.
• Allocating cases to the right solicitor.

• Working closely with our solicitors.
• Ensuring good service levels and communication.
• Acting as a link between clients, introducers and legal teams.

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Commercial awareness and confidence.
• Organised and proactive approach.
• Comfortable speaking with both professionals and individual clients.
• Experience in legal, property or professional services is helpful but not essential.

- Friday 9am - 5:30PM
Salary: £24,000 – £50,000 yearly
