What the role involves

You’ll lead a varied, high‑value caseload of multi‑track clinical negligence claims, guiding clients from first interview through to resolution. This is meaningful work with real impact, where your expertise helps secure justice for those who need it most.

Your role will include
  • Managing clinical negligence cases with empathy, precision, and strategic insight
  • Complying with the pre action protocol and court directions
  • Instructing and liaising with medical experts and with counsel in connection with litigation, ADR, and advocacy
  • Conducting negotiations and attending mediations and settlement meetings
  • Handling interim applications and contributing to income forecasting
  • Ensuring timely billing with support from our internal costs team
  • Working independently and as part of a supportive collaborative team

qualified
senior lawyer with a strong track record in clinical negligence. You thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and bring:
