Overview
Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.
About the Role
In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work in the EMEA region.
Responsibilities- Work will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation.
- You will also advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.
- You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years' PQE (4-6 PQE preferred) and experience advising Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally). Some in-house experience is very welcome.
- Experienced employment lawyer with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious (including corporate) employment law.
- Experience advising Financial Services organisations, particularly in a buy-side context.
