Based in London, the successful paralegal will be offered a full-time, contract role with a salary of up to £32k, dependent on experience.

This Real Estate Paralegal role is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with some of the most respected solicitors in the market, working on a range of commercial property transactions. You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including disposals, acquisitions, leases, and development projects. The types of deals you are likely to work on include:

• Acquisitions, disposals and lettings for developers, corporate clients and HNWIs
• Complex residential, industrial, retail, and mixed-use development projects
• Portfolio acquisitions
• Bank lending and refinancings

• Substantial experience working in Real Estate and Commercial Property, specifically
• Experience dealing with HM Land Registry applications and requisitions and SDLT returns is required
• Familiarity with technology e.g. Excel, Word
• Strong research skills
• Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure
• Strong academics
