This is not a “support-only” paralegal position. You’ll be immersed in live residential property transactions

• Supporting solicitors on residential conveyancing matters
• Preparing and progressing legal documents
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other lawyers
• Managing files, deadlines, and transaction stages
• Building real technical and commercial property law experience

• 12 months' experience within a Residential Conveyancing team
• The ability to handle Sale matters from start to finish with some supervision
• Highly organised, motivated, and detail-focused
• Confident communicator with a professional manner
• Comfortable working at pace in a fully office‑based role
• Genuinely ambitious about a long‑term career in property law
