A mid-sized property law firm in central London seeks experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join their team. The position involves managing a caseload of 80-110 residential conveyancing files with Paralegal support. Candidates must be UK qualified (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Chartered Legal Executive) with at least 2 years PQE. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act and leasehold transactions is preferred but not essential.
This full-time role requires office attendance 1-2 days per week. Competitive package on offer.
