We're looking for a talented and driven Construction Litigation Lawyer with 3–6 years of post-qualification experience to be part of a collaborative and high-performing practice acting for contractors, government bodies, developers, funders, and public authorities across a range of major infrastructure and commercial projects.

• ✔ Advise on complex disputes involving energy, transport, power, infrastructure, retail, commercial, leisure, and utilities sectors
• ✔ Draft, review and negotiate high-stakes legal documentation with precision and strategic insight
• ✔ Contribute to business development initiatives and client seminars
• ✔ Liaise directly with clients under the supervision of experienced partners
• ✔ Work on both UK-based and international matters (experience in international disputes is a plus, but not essential)

• 🔹 A qualified solicitor (England & Wales or Antipodean equivalent) with solid experience in contentious construction matters
• 🔹 Deep knowledge of construction law and a sound grasp of the relevant procedures and industry contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC)
• 🔹 Entrepreneurial mindset and a self-starting attitude
• 🔹 Excellent drafting, legal research, and analytical skills
• 🔹 Strong client-facing skills and a collaborative team spirit
• 🔹 Resilience, adaptability, and commercial awareness
