A leading Legal 500 firm in Cheshire is seeking an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join its well-established Commercial Litigation and Restructuring team. You will manage a varied caseload of both corporate and personal insolvency matters, including:

• Advising insolvency practitioners, directors, and creditors on restructuring and insolvency issues
• Handling administrations, liquidations, and voluntary arrangements
• Advising on director disqualification proceedings and antecedent transactions
• Supporting on contentious insolvency matters, including asset recovery and misfeasance claims
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across corporate, litigation, and banking teams
