We are delighted to be working with our London Borough client to recruit a Permanent Property Paralegal. You will be required to support the team under the direction and the supervision of the Senior lawyer. You will deal with varied routine legal and administrative work, mainly within the property team.
What are the responsibilities of the Property Paralegal?The role is to support the lawyers within the property team. You will prepare documents and liaise with parties in respect of lease extensions, collective enfranchisements and right to buy matters; assist with straightforward property transactions and contract and procurement matters.

We are looking for someone that has a basic knowledge of local authority procedures and areas of law relevant to the role. We require someone that has the ability to learn and understand quickly who can work on their own initiative. You will have an eye for accuracy and can ensure quality and consistency of documents produced. You will need to be able to work with a wide range of people and work as an effective member of a team dealing with a variety of duties.
This role requires someone who is able to attend the London office twice per week.
