You will assume responsibility for shaping and leading the trade mark practice, working with an impressive and diverse client base that spans domestic and international markets.

• Managing a broad portfolio of trade mark matters from clearance and prosecution through to enforcement and strategic advisory work
• Operating autonomously with confidence and providing sound commercial judgement
• Building and deepening client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
• Influencing growth strategy and contributing to the wider direction of the practice
• Working closely with senior leadership and playing a visible role in the continued expansion of a high-profile team

• Qualified Trade Mark Attorney with 5+ years PQE
• Strong technical grounding across contentious and non-contentious trade mark matters
• Commercially astute, strategic thinker with the confidence to make significant decisions
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of developing existing client relationships
• Capable of working independently while contributing to wider leadership discussions

The role is London-based, with hybrid flexibility. Candidates should be within reasonable reach of the London office, attending in person a few times per month.
