The Person al Injury Paralegal role:

Supporting solicitors with complex personal injury and clinical negligence matters
Assisting with case preparation and document management
Conducting legal research and reviewing evidence
Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
Liaising with clients, medical professionals, counsel and third parties
Assisting with litigation and case progression
Maintaining accurate case files and monitoring deadlines
Providing high-quality client care throughout the life of each matter

The successful Personal Injury Paralegal:

Previous paralegal or legal experience preferred
Interest in personal injury and/or clinical negligence
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent client care and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Proactive, compassionate and committed approach
Keen to develop a long-term career within specialist litigation
