THE ROLE:

The team do a range of work for clients from SME to household name companies

The work is exclusively respondent, and a blend of contentious and non-contentious matters including: recruitment, service agreements, executive terminations, unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and outsourcing, redundancy and change management, restrictive covenants and complex grievance complaints

They have an established, well-structured team and are looking to bring in another experienced Solicitor to the team, ideally at Associate / Senior Associate level.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideally they are looking for someone with between 5-9

PQE in Employment Law, however they welcome applications from anyone who can demonstrate the requisite level of technical experience

Decent academics, training and experience gained with a London-based firm regarded for Employment Law work are essential.
