Cold Chain Operations Specialist

Overview

Ollins Solutions is expanding, and we’re looking for someone hands-on and dependable to support our growing cold chain operations.

We work closely with food manufacturers, logistics partners and exporters, providing cold chain packaging, mobile cold room solutions and temperature-controlled storage. This role is suited for someone who enjoys structured operational work and takes ownership on the ground.

• Operate and manage mobile cold room systems

• Setup and monitor temperature control panels

• Ensure proper freezing and handling of various products

• Maintain operational safety and hygiene standards

• Troubleshoot basic equipment and temperature issues

• Coordinate collection and deployment schedules

• Maintain proper documentation and operational records

• Familiar with cold room or refrigeration equipment operations

• Able to work independently and systematically

• Strong sense of responsibility and operational discipline

• Basic technical troubleshooting ability

• Experience in cold chain, logistics or food handling is an advantage

• Growing industry exposure in cold chain and temperature-controlled logistics
