Overview:
We are looking for an organised, proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to join our Commercial team. This role will oversee the smooth coordination of orders, inventory, logistics, and customer communications, ensuring efficient order fulfilment and stock management across multiple departments.

Experience with alcohol/FMCG regulated goods is essential, including working with excise, bonded stock, certificates of age (COA), and sales order processing.

Key Responsibilities:

· Order & Logistics Coordination:
Manage end-to-end order fulfilment, including order processing, shipping instructions, export documentation, and invoicing. Ensure compliance with excise and regulated goods standards.

· Inventory Management:
Oversee stock movements, including bonded stock, and maintain accurate records in the ERP system. Collaborate with Logistics & Supply Chain teams to ensure stock availability.

· Warehouse Management:
Maintain stock accuracy and organisation at Alchemy House, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and excise requirements.

· Customer Support:
Handle customer and distributor inquiries, resolve issues (e.g., delays, damaged goods, payment queries), and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Reporting:
Prepare weekly stock reports, update pricing lists, and assist with sample stock coordination for customers, press, and events.

· Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) to support operations, events, and logistics.
Key Skills & Attributes:

· Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills

· Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

· Effective communicator, able to liaise across teams and with external partners

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Proven experience in import/export administration, sales order processing, and handling alcohol/FMCG regulated goods

· Knowledge of excise, bonded stock, certificates of age (COA), and compliance with regulations for alcohol distribution

· Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills; ERP systems experience (Tropos) a plus

· FMCG or drinks industry experience preferred
