Chainteamandprovidesexposuretoabroadrangeofsupplychainfunctions.

Therolecombinescoresupplychainoperationswithanalyticalresponsibilitiesthatsupportforecasting,complianceandoverallcustomerserviceperformance

Customer Service&Order Management

• Managecustomerorders(major retailers,distributors&independents),ensuringaccurateentryintoour
  
  JDEdwards
  
  ERPsystem.
• Monitororderstatuswith3PLpartnersandpro-activelyresolveissuestomaintainhighservicelevels.
• Supportinvoicingactivitiestoensuretimelypaymentprocessing.
• Resolvecustomerqueriesrelatingtoshortagesorlatedeliveries,ensuringcreditordebitnotesareissuedwhereappropriate.
• Supportrelationshipmanagementwithkeycustomers,buildingstrongworkingrelationshipsandliaisewithcustomerswhenrequired.
• Keypointofcontactforbothcustomerandinternalcommunications,withfullownershipofsharedmailboxes:responding to,allocatingandescalatingqueriesasrequired.

Logistics&Warehouse Coordination

• Liaisedailywiththird-partylogisticsproviderstotrackdeliveries,managequeriesandmaintainstrongwarehouseperformance.
• Assistwithdeliverybookingsandpro-activelymanageshortagesanddiscrepancies,resolvingissuesinatimelyandaccuratemanner.
• Takeownershipofbottlestoreinventory,including packaging,reworkactivityandassociatedstockcontrols.
• Oversee wet-stockmanagementwithinthesampleswarehouse,ensuringaccuratehandling,recordingandtraceability.

Data&Systems Management

• Maintainaccuratecustomer,deliveryandbillinginformationwithin
  
  ERPsystem,ensuringalldataisuptodateandcorrectlyrecorded.
• Ensurealldataisclean,consistentandauditready,supportingstrongoperationalandfinancialcontrols.
• Manageandmaintaincustomerpricingwithin
  
  ERPsystems,ensuringallpricingdataisaccurate,currentandalignedwithcommercialagreements.
• Tracksamplestockusageandmaintainfulltraceabilityofallsampleorders,ensuringvisibilityandaccountabilityacrosstheprocess.
• Manageaccuratepackagingwastedatacollectionandsupportwidercomplianceactivities,ensuringallinformationiscorrectlymaintainedandsubmittedforregulatoryreportingandinternalrequirements.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Assistwithgatheringweeklysales,stockandpromotionaldataforuseindemandforecasts.
• Collaborate with Salesteamstounderstandupcomingpromotions,NPDlaunchesandcustomerchangesthatmayimpactdemand.
• Identifyrecurringissuesandflagthemforplanninganalysis.
